Dear Homeschool Family,
The Louisiana legislative session begins on March 9, and this is a wonderful opportunity for your family to step into the public square with courage and faith.
“Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.” – 1 Corinthians 16:13
This month, bring your family to the Capitol to hear Governor Landry lay out his vision for our state. It’s also a perfect chance to visit your legislators in person, thank them for their service, and remind them that homeschooling families are actively engaged and praying for their leadership.
What You Can Do in March:
- Attend the Governor’s address:
Hear firsthand the priorities and vision for Louisiana’s future. - Visit your legislators:
Introduce your family, share your appreciation, and encourage them to stand for family values and homeschool freedom. - Bring your children:
Let them see civic engagement in action—an unforgettable lesson in faith, responsibility, and community.
Being present at the Capitol is a powerful testimony. It reminds our leaders that behind every vote are real families committed to God’s truth and to building a better Louisiana.
“So then, let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” – Galatians 6:9
We are praying for you as you take this bold step!
Soli Deo Gloria,
Jessie Leger
