Calling all homeschool leaders!
This summit is designed for leaders from every group who serve homeschool families.
Discover practical strategies to strengthen and grow your organization. Gain valuable insights on running effective meetings, casting vision for your group, and learning best practices through connection and collaboration with leaders from across Louisiana.
Enjoy lunch together and be inspired by our keynote speaker, Nancy Manos—a graduated homeschool mom and former Executive Director of Arizona Families for Home Education, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience.

Nancy Manos is a graduated homeschool mom with over 20 years of homeschool leadership experience at the local, state, and national level. She currently serves as the National Alliance Leaders Conference Director and is passionate about helping homeschool groups thrive as a source of community and enrichment for families. Nancy served with her husband James on the Arizona Families for Home Education (AFHE) board of directors for 13 years, followed by 3½ years as Executive Director. She understands the unique joys and struggles of building community among wonderfully independent homeschool families.
Nancy combines her expertise in event planning, graphic design, and marketing with real-world leadership experience to equip group leaders with practical strategies for defining mission, preventing burnout, effective communication, cultivating volunteers, and navigating modern challenges in an AI-driven world. Nancy and James live in Gilbert, Arizona.
