Meet Legislators
– Get to know your legislators. Homeschool Families make up 5% of the school age population in LA – your legislators need to know you and hear your opinion on prospective bills that affect our families.
Old State Capitol TourVisit our historic old capitol, built with prominent gothic architecture – learn the history of our state and our notorious former governor, Huey P. Long. AND we will view part of the Louisiana Purchase Document signed in 1803 – on loan to Louisiana from the National Archives for a limited time.
