Dear Homeschool Family,
As the legislative session comes to a close in June, it’s a perfect moment to pause and express our thanks.
“Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!”
– Psalm 107:1
Your legislators have worked hard this year, making decisions that impact our communities and families. Whether the outcomes were exactly as you hoped or not, taking time to send a thank you card is a powerful way to honor their service and keep relationships strong for the future.
What You Can Do in June:
- Send a thank you card:
Express your gratitude for their service during the session. A heartfelt note can encourage and uplift. - Highlight your commitment:
Remind them that homeschooling families are faithfully engaged and praying for wisdom in the years ahead. - Pray for continued wisdom:
Ask God to guide them in their ongoing work and decisions beyond this session.
Gratitude opens doors for continued dialogue and partnership, reflecting the heart of Christ in all we do.
“And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”
– Colossians 3:17
Thank you for standing strong for homeschooling freedom and for being faithful advocates in our great state.
Soli Deo Gloria,
Jessie Leger
