Stephanie Lambert was homeschooled before it was officially legal; today nearly three quarters of a million Texas children are homeschooled. Her parents had a vision for instilling strong values and providing quality education to their four children. After graduating, she volunteered for President George W. Bush’s campaign and served as staff for Texas Governor Rick Perry’s campaign, among others.

Stephanie eventually chose to dedicate herself to serving Christ through her local church and through her work as Executive Director of both the Texas Home School Coalition and the Family Freedom Project, support and advocacy organizations for Texas homeschoolers and families. She is passionate about empowering and encouraging parents to embrace their unique and vital roles as teachers, mentors, and heroes to their own children who are our nation’s next generation of leaders.

Being a favorite aunt to her seven homeschooled nieces and nephews, reading books and listening to podcasts, playing sports, and traveling are some of her favorite activities when she’s not spending time with Texas families.
